As a Chartered Manager, with over 20 years of expertise in Strategic Business Growth, Workforce Planning and Leadership Development, Amanda’s experience transcends conventional HR roles. Amanda has proven success in business ownership leading to her appointment as a Business Consultant and Mentor (HR & Skills Specialist) and Training Provider for The Consortium.

Amanda possesses a deep understanding of organisational development, backed by high-level academic qualifications, including the Help to Grow Management programme, significantly boosting her expertise in business development. Through her initiatives, Amanda supports businesses to develop actionable growth plans and bridge their skills gaps. Her expertise encompasses business acumen, talent development, foresight into future skill demands, recruitment strategies, training, risk management, compliance, commercial awareness, relationship building, employee well-being and project management.​

Phil is an experienced business owner, project manager, business development consultant and data analyst. Additionally, Phil’s experience of developing human performance in elite sports provides valuable and unique insights for high-performing individuals and teams in business. Demonstrating his success at the top level, Phil has 15 years’ experience as the Performance and Data Analyst for the England’s Lionesses and holds both a Bronze World Cup medal and a European Championship Silver medal.

Phil led the data quality and incident management set-up for the renowned Government commissioned ONS Covid-19 Infection Survey project at IQVIA.​
