Amanda Waite
Founder & Lead Consultant
Hello! I began my career in HR, Organizational Development, and Strategic Management in 2000. In 2005, I achieved my Level 7 CIPD qualification in Leadership & Management. My Sociology degree fuels my interest in human behaviour and communication and I jumped at the chance to develop my people skills further by becoming a Workplace Mediator in 2023. I am passionate about positivity in the workplace, bringing disputing parties together to talk, collaborate and share ideas.
I am blessed to have been able to integrate my passion for sports into my professional work, which has led to my involvement in Sport England's This Girl Can Campaign, as well as working with various local sports clubs, the Essex Hockey Association, and England Hockey.
Eden Waite
Hi, I'm Eden.
As the Social Media and Marketing Manager at HR Suite, my responsibilities include developing and managing the website and social media accounts. Additionally, I plan and organize Discovery Days aimed at strengthening team connections, drawing on my Level 2 Event Planning Qualification.
I read Politics and International Studies at Warwick University where I served as the President of the University of Warwick's Mixed Hockey Club. This gave me a fantastic insight into running a business and managing people as I had to delegate tasks to others and keep the team focused on our strategic goals and fundraising efforts. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing hockey, staying fit, and socializing with friends.
